I took a trip to Alameda's Happy Trails store this weekend to buy that Frankenstein mask I had seen there last week. It was gone. I had to settle for my second choice, this vampire; but it is still very cool.
One of the nice things about a drive into Alameda is seeing the sycamore (?) trees. There are several streets in Alameda that are lined with these gnarled trees. These are some of the small ones; but they still have a great Halloween feel to them.
