Jim Woodward is a favorite artist of mine. His creation, Frank, exists in a strange wordless alternate space that is illustrated in a precise and uniquely nostalgic style by Woodring. I need to begin saving my pennies to get his newest book, Weathercraft.
The interviewer in this clip isn't the greatest, but Woodring manages to offer a few interesting tidbits of information about his traditional working method and work environment.
