Here is another story from the book of reprints, Famous Funnies #18. Again, the art in all the stories from this book looks like it was done by the same artist, Frank Carin. That cape of Super Pup's always looks like it is blowing in the wind…maybe it's a solar wind on the moon…or is it just too much starch.
