I was on the phone this morning with some family members who had recently returned from a two week vacation to Florida. They were happy to have escaped the snowy winter in the mid-Atlantic states for a short time.On the table in front of me, as I spoke with them, was a piece of white bond paper and a pencil; so I doodled as we talked. These Grub doodles are never planned out and just emerge onto paper. These do seem to have a CinemaScope layout- with discoveries on the beach.

What I really want to know is whether you used a Palomino pencil.
I think it was a mechanical pencil; but my Palominos are always ready to draw.
