Everybody's Makin' it Big But Me: Dr. Hook

Back in the day, this was one of the songs my buddy Jim and I liked to play and sing at parties. Jim was more like the animated band members. I was more like the tambourine player. It is an almost forgotten Doctor Hook and the Medicine Show classic from their Bankrupt album.

The lyrics are by Shel Silverstein; but I am not sure if the melody is also his.
