I'm not sure which Disney character this is. The Big Bad Wolf and Li'l Wolf look different from this Halloween wolf on the November 1937 cover of Mickey Mouse Magazine #26.Disney's Three Little Pigs was released in 1933 and the Big Bad Wolf stories were often in the Disney comic books.
