Being a big fan of the Fall, I begin to check out the foliage cams around the country at this time of year. So far, here is the first sign I have seen that the colored leaves are on the march. This is Mt. Washington in New Hampshire from today, September 25, 2008.I wonder what trees are beginning to turn in this webcam photo? In Pennsylvania, when I was a boy, the sumac bushes, shrubs, were a bright red during this time of year; and, maybe , the maples were the next to show off their colors.
