Web of Horror did not last long; but it's limited run burned brightly with the energy of several young promising cartoonists. The magazine was an attempt to be competition with the more successful Warren Publishing books Creepy and Eerie. I do not know why the magazine failed. It was probably the reality of financing a business catching up with the
exuberance of the young publishers. The cover to the final issue #3, from April of 1970, is by Berni
